Terms and Conditions
Payment:
Full payment is required to reserve any condo. Reservations will be released if credit card is denied. Payment by credit card will confirm your reservation.

Cancellations & Refunds:
Cancellations outside of 15 days, one night deposit. Cancellations within 15 days, NO REFUNDS for any reason. NO REFUNDS for additional guest that do not check-in on day of arrival.  Holidays/Special Event payments are non-refundable for any reason.   Absolutely NO REFUND, for any reason, upon early checkout. (Noise from neighborhood clubs and fireworks does not constitute a refund). It is the responsibility of the guest to obtain their check-in documents prior to arrival. NO REFUND should guest not receive check-in document and entry code. NO REFUND for amenities such as pool, elevator, TV, and appliances are inoperative. There are NO phones inside the condo. Note: Rosarito is a party town, there can be loud music from the clubs next door. Additional guest charge is for condo use only, no pull out sofa or roll-away provided.

Any request for refund must be submitted in writing or e-mail within 7 days after completion of check-out of the condo, after which no refund requests will be considered.

If security denies access to guest because check-in documents exceed the maximum allowed, NO REFUND will be made. Security at Oceana reserves the rights to demand guest vacate the premises and NO REFUND will be given.

Prices and Accommodation Substitution – All prices, amenities and services reflect current rates in effect and are subject to change without notice. Rosarito Condos reserves the right to substitute similar accommodations, or services, and to make adjustments in prices if it is discovered that a particular price was shown or quoted incorrectly. Every effort will be made to provide services or accommodations of equal standard and quality for your safety, convenience and enjoyment. All prices are in U.S. Dollars ($USD).

Prices do no not include - Expenses and items not mentioned including but not limited to air transportation, tips for personal services, meals, beverages, parking fees, insurance, resort fees, telephone calls, laundry service, cleaning and other items of a personal nature.

Baggage – Neither Rosarito Condos, nor the selling agent shall be responsible of the loss, damage or delay of customer's baggage.

Physical Disabilities – Mexico does not conform to the United States' American Disabilities Act standards and, therefore, facilities for disables persons are extremely limited in Mexico.

Proof of Citizenship – To enter Mexico, you must have proof of Citizenship (valid passport or an original or certified copy of a birth certificate). A photo ID may be required with a birth certificate. It is the passenger's responsibility to provide these documents. No refunds will be made to passengers affected by their failure to possess proper documents. All U.S. citizens must also carry a Mexican Tourist Card which is supplied by the carrier. Mexican law requires that children under 18 years of age must travel with the consent of both parents. If a minor is traveling with only one parent, that parent must hold a notarized letter of consent from the absent legal parent or a copy of the death certificate is necessary. Failure to comply will result in denied boarding. Non-U.S. Citizens should contact the Mexican Consulate for specific entry requirements.

Responsibility – The condominiums advertised are provided by Rosarito Condos. The suppliers providing transportation, tours, and accommodations for Rosarito Condos are independent contractors and are not agents or employees of Rosarito Condos. By utilizing the services of the suppliers, you agree that neither Rosarito Condos nor any of its representatives shall be liable for any accident, loss, injury or damage to you or to those traveling with you in connection with any accommodations, transportation or other services or resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrences or conditions beyond their control, including defect in vehicles, breakdown in equipment, poor weather conditions, strikes, theft, delays, cancellations or changes in itineraries or schedules, etc. Remember that all travel documents and required personal identification, as well as compliance with all customs and immigration regulations, is your responsibility. The terms under which you agree to take a vacation cannot be changed or amended except in writing, and must be signed by an authorized officer of Rosarito Condos.

Limitation of Liability – By booking one of these condominiums, you acknowledge that in all events Rosarito Condos shall not be liable for any consequential damages and that the sole extent of Rosarito Condos liability shall never exceed the amount actually paid by you to Rosarito Condos.

Arbitration – Any controversy or claim arising out of, or relating to, any of the vacations advertised in this brochure shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Customer and Rosarito Condos understand and agree that, by agreeing to binding arbitration, they are giving up the right to trial on the merits, by either judge or jury, or trial de novo and the right to appeal. Any or all Arbitration shall commence in the County of San Mateo, California.
