ROADS:
Two four lane highways connect Rosarito with the city of Tijuana.
The most spectacular, a toll road, runs along the coast of the Pacific Ocean passing by
some of the most beautiful seascapes in Baja California.
The other road, toll free, goes through the hills that separate the two towns.
Both roads are in excellent condition. These same roads continue south of Rosarito to
Ensenada and other towns in the southern part of Baja California.
UTILITES AND OTHER SERVICES:
Rosarito enjoys all the utilities and conveniences of a modern city, water, electric
power, telephone, postal services and cable TV are readily available.
Public transportation is serviced through busses and collective taxis. Air travel is
serviced through the Tijuana airport.
Moved by all these amenities 20th Century Fox recently completed the
building of a permanent movie studio on Rosarito's coast, just south of the city, and
plans to film numerous major motion pictures here. We proved to be the perfect location
for them. We will be for you too.
